We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented administrator in Borås for one of our clients. The position is suitable for you who enjoy administrative tasks, have a good sense of order, and want to work in a varied role with many points of contact.

About the position

As an administrator, you play an important role in the daily operations and are responsible for ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. You work closely with colleagues and provide support to the organization in several areas.

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming inquiries via phone and email
  • Administrative support to managers and employees
  • Registration, documentation, and archiving
  • Calendar and meeting bookings
  • Updating internal systems and registers
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience in administrative work is an advantage
  • Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
  • Service-oriented with good collaboration skills

Desirable

  • Experience with business or case management systems
  • Previous work in an office environment
  • Knowledge of English
